Pioneer Invitational Golf Tournament

The Arthurdale Heritage Pioneer Invitational Golf Tournament fundraiser will be on July 7, 2023, starting at 9am! The tournament will be at the Preston County Country Club with lunch provided. We can have a maximum of 96 people, who will be divided into twenty-four (24) teams of four (4) people each. You can register as an individual for a donation of $100 or as a four-person team for a donation of $400. The donation for each person covers the green and cart fees as well as lunch. There will also be an opportunity for 50/50 raffles at the tournament.
Pre-registration is required, and the deadline to register is June 30, 2023. If you are registering as a team of four, please provide the names of everyone on your team. If you are registering as an individual, you will be added to a team.
We also need Hole Sponsors! Each sponsor will have a sign next to their sponsored hole to show our appreciation! We are especially looking for Arthurdale families and local businesses. For Arthurdale families, a sponsorship donation can count towards your Family Legacy. We need a minimum of 18 sponsors, and sponsorships cost $100 per hole. The sponsorship deadline will be on June 23, 2023. Please download and complete the form below to register as a sponsor. You can purchase a sponsorship from the ticket options below or mail a check to PO Box 850, Arthurdale, WV 26520. Please note that a sponsorship is not a registration for the tournament. We will need both the completed form and your payment to finalize the sponsorship.
Food, Green, and Cart Fee Sponsorships: We are seeking people or businesses to be sponsors for these items for $500 each. If you are interested in being a $500 sponsor, please contact ahi@arthurdaleheritage.org.
