Adult Drop Spindle Class

Have you ever wanted to try your hand at making yarn but didn’t know where to start? Look no further! This class is perfect for beginners with little or no spinning experience! In this 1.5 hour class, you’ll learn how to turn wool fibers into yarn using a drop spindle, the very first spinning tool ever invented thousands of years ago! At the end of the class, you’ll have your own sample of yarn to take home!
Drop spindles and wool provided. Class limited to 10 students. Class will be held in the Loom Room behind Center Hall.
Wool allergen notice: This class will be using 100% sheep/alpaca wool fibers and those with allergies should proceed with caution.
