Yoga Class

Welcome to yoga with Jenah!
In this one hour long class we will gently flow through poses, using props and modifications when needed. Some classes will focus on rest and rejuvenation, while others will bring out a little more fire, strength and confidence from within. Classes will cater to all levels, you do not need to be experienced, flexible, or fit. My intention is to create a relaxing and restorative experience that brings the student more self awareness, presence, acceptance, joy, and the opportunity to come back to self.
Please bring your own mat and props, as these things will not be provided. Must be 18 to attend. Passes can be purchased directly from the instructor at the beginning of class. $12 per class. Contact Jenah at jenah_barribeau@yahoo.com with any questions.
