Arthurdale Heritage is offering an Internet Workshop Series consisting of 4 sessions on the Internet, connecting with friends on-line, blogging and setting up websites.

Take as many or as few as you like to fit your needs. All sessions will be from 7 pm — 9 pm at Arthurdale Center Hall on February 3, 10, 17 and 24.
All sessions will be followed by a question and answer period.
Schedule:
Tuesday, February 3:Â “Get to Know the Internet” — An overview of current trends.
Tuesday, February 10:Â “Connecting with Friends & Family On-Line” — an overview of websites and services that connect friends, family and communities.
Tuesday, February 17:Â “Blogging” — The what, how and why of blogging and micro-blogging.
Tuesday, February 24: “Websites” — An overview of what is involved in setting up a business or organizational websites. Cost, technologies and other considerations will be discussed.
The workshops will be taught by Arthurdale resident Sarah Barnes who works with the WVU Department of Information Technology. Sarah is also administrator of the Arthurdale Heritage website.
