To help save time when you visit, purchase advance tickets online. Walk-ups are always welcome. Tours will leave on the hour, whether you buy tickets in advance or upon arrival.
Our hours are:
May-October: Monday-Saturday, 10:00am - 3:00 pm
November-April: Monday-Friday, 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
Guided tour of museum buildings (Administration, Forge, Tractor Bay, Center Hall, & E-15). Advance ticket purchase is not required; walk-up purchase is welcome. Please see our Tour page or contact us for information on discounts available.

Group Tours (10 or more people)
We welcome group tours that are scheduled in advance. The rate is $8 per person, and we can also provide lunch for a slightly higher cost. Please contact us for more information on scheduling a group tour.

All sales are final and payments cannot be refunded (but may be transferred to a new date under certain circumstances).
Please visit the craft shop upon arrival to notify staff that you are present. We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled time of your tour. If you arrive significantly earlier or later, your ticket is still valid but there may be wait times.
