Children’s Art Classes

Join us for art classes on Tuesdays this winter and spring! Classes will run weekly from January 17th-April 25th at 5pm. These will be combined classes for ages 4-14.
Classes will work to develop art skills such as an understanding of depth in landscapes, complimentary colors, and the use of line and shape in creating a drawing. We will also cover a few famous artists and art historical movements that tie in with these lessons. Additionally, we will have three collaborative classes with Friends of Deckers Creek where we combine art and science!
All classes will be $5 per child to help cover expenses. If your family wants to attend but needs financial assistance, please reach out to us, and we will help! AHI Members can pre-pay $20 for 5 classes below.
