Craft Show and Fall Festival

Join us on Saturday, October 21st from 10-4 for a day of beautiful, handmade crafts and fun! Get a jump on your holiday shopping too.  What’s better than original artwork, jewelry, glass, pottery or fabric artwork as a gift for the holidays?

Master Weaver and Americorps volunteer, Jane Gilchrist, will help you weave your very own rug!

Kids of all ages will enjoy listening to JoAnn Dadisman tell WV ghost stories on the porch of our museum house.  Afterwards, take a hay ride around historic Arthurdale or enjoy some delicious homemade soups, pastries or one of Roger’s famous sloppy joes!

Members from the Appalachian Blacksmiths Association will be demonstrating in our historic Forge and making items to sell.

Other activities include face painting, old time children’s games and of course, our homestead goats, donkey, & chickens will be here!  We hope you can join us!
